• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of the product. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

5. Shipping and Handling

• Shipping fees are applied as per our Shipping Policy (free shipping for orders over US$99; US$10 fee for orders under US$99).

• You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Refunds and Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days per our Refund and Returns Policy.

• Custom orders are non-refundable, except for quality issues, for which we will also cover return shipping.

7. Warranty

• All mini PC products come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our business operations. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
