This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all products purchased from our mini PC store. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

• 30-Day Return Period: Customers may return most products within 30 days of the purchase date without giving any specific reason.

• Return Shipping: For returns made without fault (i.e., no quality defect), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

2. Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of quality issues. If a custom product is returned due to a quality defect, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.

3. Quality Issues

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

• In cases where the product quality is at issue, we will cover the return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a prescribed timeframe.

5. Exceptions

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part.
